At 80 years old, Kris Cooper still teaches horse riding lessons at her ranch in Pine, Colorado. The Anchorage Farm is a bed-and-breakfast inn that doubles as a working equestrian facility, where Cooper shares her palpable love for horses. She and her husband Jim have run the farm and inn since 1996.
