Breaking News: CU safety alert sent about a felony menacing in an apartment complex
A safety alert was sent to inform about the incident that occurred in the Marine Court Apartments on Tuesday night.
A felony menacing took place on Tuesday night at 1350 20th St. in the Marine Court Apartments, according to a CU safety alert.
Police say the suspect threatened a person by saying he had a hammer while attempting to steal the person’s bike. The suspect was described as a mid-30s white male, about 5’10”. The suspect was allegedly wearing a black hoodie and dark sweatpants, and carried a dark-colored backpack. The bike was left at a bike rack located near building B, with its lock destroyed.
