The Boulder Police Department confirmed the young man was arrested Thursday night.
TRIGGER WARNING: Illegal sexual contact

Boulder police announced at a press conference Friday evening they had arrested a 17-year-old Thursday evening who was allegedly involved in several burglaries and cases of indecent exposure this week.
At the press conference, Boulder District Attorney Michael Dougherty said, “There is no longer a threat to the community.”
Over the past week, numerous women living on University Hill had made reports of an unknown individual breaking into their homes and exposing himself to them. The suspect, who has not been publicly identified because of his age, is being held without bond.
The young man has been charged with second-degree burglary, indecent exposure, attempted invasion of privacy, unlawful sexual contact and aggravated motor vehicle theft. He had also been charged with seven counts of indecent exposure in East Boulder last year and has been on probation since pleading guilty to those charges.
Anyone with further information about these incidents is encouraged to contact Detective Ashley Flynn at 303-441-1850.
This is a developing story. More information will be added as it becomes available.
