To The Bold’s readers,

Over the course of this week, we are dedicating our coverage to the Boulder community’s recovery following the tragic events last March, where an act of gun violence left 10 community members dead. 

We felt the need to devote our attention and time to cover a topic as complex as this. We also chose to do so because we want to prioritize the healing and recovery of this community. The following week will be a combination of written and audio pieces that cover these topics, and we hope you will read them and take into consideration that the story of this tragedy ends not with the event itself but with the recovery of the Boulder community.
